BUY BACK POLICY
Silviya offers a lifetime buyback policy for silver items purchased through www.silviya.co. We strive to provide fair value for your coins and jewellery. However, please note that making charges and GST are non-refundable. Additionally, a 3% processing charge will be deducted from the buyback value.
REFUND PROCESS
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 7-10 days for our payment partners to process after product inspection and acceptance. In the event of significant damage, Silviya reserves the right to refuse acceptance of the product. Our decision in such matters is final and binding.
AGREED/ACCEPTED PROCESS
- Original receipt/proof of purchase is required when claiming buyback with Silviya.
- Customers are responsible for arranging delivery to our registered office address.
- The final refund amount will be calculated based on the current silver rate and the weight of the item.
