Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery for all unused and unworn items with sealed tags. Personalised and Made-To-Order products are not eligible for 7-day returns unless spurious/defective. Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable. To initiate a return, provide a video showcasing the return packaging with the original product, invoice, box, gift items, and authenticity certificate. Refunds are subject to a successful inspection, which may take up to 7 days from receipt at our warehouse/store.

Non-Receipt or Empty Box Claims

Claims for non-receipt of a product or an empty box must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt, along with an unboxing video including the original outer seal.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds take a minimum of 7-10 working days from the date of receipt of the jewelry at our store/central warehouse.

Required Documents

To avail of any features (return, exchange, buyback, or warranty), you must produce the original invoice (hard/soft copy). Absence of any documents will make the product ineligible for return/exchange/warranty.

Quality Check and Refunds

All return products are opened at our warehouse for quality check under CCTV surveillance. Refunds are processed only after the product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check. Damaged or modified products may not be accepted. For missing items in return orders, the company reserves the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount.

Return Process

Initiate a return request from our website or WhatsApp, or contact our Customer Support team. Be available for the reverse pick-up and answer calls from the delivery partner. In case of non-serviceable pin codes, the customer is responsible for returning the jewellery to our warehouse and will receive Rs.70 towards shipping charges with their refund. For prepaid orders, refund is processed to the original payment mode. For COD orders, refund is done via UPI/Gpay/PhonePe/Paytm or the client’s bank account.

In case of an empty parcel, missing product, or damaged product, reach out to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for further processing. Insufficient evidence or signs of tampering may result in your claim not being honored. We offer free shipping within India.
