Shipping Policy

Shipping Time : Personalized and non personalized orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours except Sunday. 

Shipping Charges : We offer free shipping on all orders in India. Please note that we do not offer free shipping on international orders and returns/exchanges.

Tracking : You will receive tracking details over WhatsApp/emai/SMS sent by shipping partner, once the order shipment create/shipped.

Delivery Period  :  Orders are shipped through our authorized courier and logistics partners, subject to service availability in the destination area. Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, regulatory requirements, public holidays, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

While Silviya makes reasonable efforts to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders, we shall not be liable for any delay in transit caused by third-party logistics providers or events beyond our control. Any delivery dates communicated are estimates only and shall not constitute a binding commitment.

If a shipment remains undelivered beyond 7 days from the estimated delivery date and the customer no longer wishes to accept the order, the customer should refuse delivery or notify our customer support team before accepting the parcel. Upon successful return of the shipment to Silviya and verification of its condition, a refund of the order value may be processed in accordance with our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility : We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery for all unused and unworn items with sealed tags. Personalised and Made-To-Order products are not eligible for 7-day returns unless spurious/defective. Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.

Return Process : To initiate a return, kindly contact us through mail @ info@silviya.co. You can also made request to our Customer Support team on call or through Whatsapp @ 9310018573. A video showcasing the return packaging with the original product, invoice, box, gift items, and authenticity certificate is required. After initiating of return request, be available for the reverse pick-up and answer calls from the pickup partner. In case of non-serviceable pin codes, the customer is responsible for returning the jewellery/item to our warehouse.

Non-Receipt or Empty Box Claims : Claims for non-receipt of a product, missing product/empty box or damaged product, reach out to our customer support team within 24 hours of receipt, with a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for further processing. Insufficient evidence or signs of tampering, your claim may be rejected or non accepted.

Quality Check : All return products are opened at our warehouse for quality check under CCTV surveillance. Refunds are processed within 5 - 7 days only after the product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check. Damaged or modified products may not be accepted. For missing items in return orders, the company reserves the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount.

Replacement & Exchange Policy

You can also avail replacement or exchange of your order (Except personalized or made to orders) as per your requirements. The conditions remain the same as those applicable to returns policies. The replacement will only be shipped after the return item inspection.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy : You may cancel your order with Silviya at any time before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may be eligible for a return depending on the product and its condition. 

How to Cancel : To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team @ 9310018573 or info@silviya.co with your order number. If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Exceptions : Certain custom or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once the production process has begun.

Refund Policy : Refunds are subject to a successful inspection, which may take up to 5 to 7 days from the date of receipt of item at our warehouse/store. For prepaid orders, refund is processed to the original payment mode. For COD orders, refund is done via UPI/Gpay/PhonePe/Paytm or the client’s bank account.

Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) Policy

To confirm certain orders, Silviya may offer a Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) payment option, under which a portion of the order value is paid in advance at the time of placing the order, and the remaining balance is payable upon delivery.

The advance payment is collected towards order confirmation, payment processing, packaging, shipping, and related operational costs. Once an order is confirmed and processed, the advance amount shall be non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

• The order is cancelled by Silviya or cancelled by customer before shipping through               Email, Phone and Whatsapp
• The product becomes unavailable and cannot be fulfilled.
• A refund is otherwise required under applicable law or our Refund Policy.

If a customer refuses delivery, fails to accept the shipment, provides an incorrect address, remains unavailable for delivery attempts, or otherwise causes the order to be returned to origin, the advance amount paid shall be forfeited and shall not be eligible for refund.

The balance amount payable on delivery must be paid in full before the shipment is handed over to the customer. Failure to make such payment may result in cancellation of the order and forfeiture of the advance amount.

Silviya reserves the right to enable, disable, or modify the Partial COD facility for any product, order, customer, or location at its sole discretion.

By placing an order using the Partial COD payment option, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Partial COD Policy

Required Documents

To avail of any features (return, exchange, buyback, or warranty), you must produce the original invoice (hard/soft copy). Absence of any documents will make the product ineligible for return/exchange/warranty.
