We usually ship out all orders we have received in 3-7 days. At the time of shipping the order, you will receive a text message/email/ WhatsApp message from us with details the delivery partner and tracking ID, these can be used to track your order. Yes, we deliver to almost all Pin-Codes Pan India. You can check if the product can be delivered to your address by going and punching in your Pincode on the product page. Hope it helped 🙂
Please note once we have received your order and processed it, we will not be able to change address. While we will do our best to change the address and help you out, please note that this is not an assured service. In such cases, we can try to put in a request with our delivery partner, but the final execution depends on them. Yes, you will receive an invoice for your order. Our system automatically generates and sends an invoice to the email address associated with your account. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, please reach out to our customer support, and they will be happy to assist you in obtaining a copy of the invoice.
We work with some of the leading logistics companies for our jewellery deliveries. If you wish to receive your order on a specific day/time, we can send a request to our delivery partners, however, please note that this is not an assured service. Please also note that our delivery partners are unable to deliver on Sundays.
Orders are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days. Some products, such as pre-orders and customised jewellery/coins, may take longer. We’re continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner. However, in some unforeseen circumstances, it may take a bit longer. In such cases, we’ll notify you of any delay immediately.
Yes, before shipped the product, you can cancel your order through our website or by calling on phone or email at info@silviya.co for domestic orders. Unfortunately, international orders once placed cannot be cancelled. However, cancellation requests may be entertained at the sole discretion of the Company.
Yes, you can replace your jewellery within 7 days of delivery. Replacement will only be accepted for unused products returned However silver coins are not replaceable or returnable once shipped. Please see return, refund and shipping policy. T&C apply.
Payment Information
You should receive an order and payment confirmation via email and text message within 2-5 minutes of completing your payment. In rare cases, your order may not get synced immediately. In these cases, it may take up to 24 hours to receive your confirmation.
However, if you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, it is possible that your order might not have been created on account of a technical issue either at our end or at the payment gateway’s end. We intend to make the purchase as simple and as seamless for you as possible. We accept all major modes of payment including credit cards, debit cards, cash on delivery (COD), bank transfer, UPI, and so on. We also offer card-less EMI through Razorpay. However, at this time, we do not accept any international cards.

Yes, you may be able to change or cancel your order, depending on the specific circumstances and the stage of processing (before Shipping) it is currently in. They will guide you through the process and assist you accordingly. Please note that there may be certain limitations or fees associated with modifying or canceling an order, especially if it has already been shipped or is in the final stages of processing.
Once a return request has been raised on the app or web, our pickup partners will reverse pick up your order within 24-48 working hours from the day of booking the return. As soon as we are notified about a successful return pick up, we initiate the refunds within 24-48 working hours of us receiving the update. Please note that refunds cannot be initiated unless a return pickup is done.
Once the return has been picked up, it usually takes us upto 24-48 working hours to initiate the return process.
For Prepaid orders: returns are initiated directly to the original payment source.
For COD orders: returns are initiated via a Razorpay Payout link, which we share with the customers who opted to return. Please enter correct details in the link and choose the mode of accepting payment.
For wallet orders: refund will be done back to the wallet. Please note that wallet refunds cannot be done to any other payment source in line with RBI guidelines.
For any combination of the above: all refunds will be done in same proportion in which the payments were received including partial refunds.
