RETURN, REFUND AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery for all unused and unworn items with sealed tag. However, please note that the 7 days return does not apply to customised and personalised jewellery, all silver coins , utensils and god idols other than in cases of defective product . Silviya reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items. Any shipping charges (if paid) at the time of placing the order are non-refundable in case of returns.

It is mandatory that all packaging material must be return along with products i.e. Box, Silviya Jewellery Kit, free gift, etc . with original invoice. Once the product reaches our warehouse, quality check is done and refund is processed within 48 hours. All the return product opened at our warehouse for quality check under the CCTV surveillance.

If requested by you, we will re-send the same design or in case of non-availability we will initiate the return and refund process. All refunds will only be done when the product reaches at our warehouse and quality check is done. Products that are damaged or modified by the customer may not be accepted.

In case of missing items in return orders, i.e., where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but actual pickup doesn’t include all said items, the company has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This shall extend to promotional products, including but not limited to free gifts and silver coins.
